Our Mailing Address!

Now we know that our readers have been just DYING to send us a letter or goodies, and we certainly don't want to stop you!  If you're interested in sending a letter or package, here is the mailing address for where we work:

Items of particular use/want/nostalgia include:  hand sanitizer, instant coffee (sorry Mom, time is of the essence during the school day) CDs, DVDs, (we have discovered that the local internet bandwidth does NOT support Pandora OR Hulu), or anything else you think might make a life easier in the tropics.  This isn't a pitch for freebies, we would love to simply get a letter from you!  (By the way, CDs and DVDs can be used!  We promise to send them back to you.  They would provide a welcome connection to home... it might sound silly, but it's amazing how much you miss some things.)

Speaking of internet bandwidth, we are dismayed to find out that we cannot upload pictures to Facebook or this blog.  And we have taken some AMAZING pictures!  Be assured that if we can find a way, we will get pictures to you.  We apologize for this, as that would have been a great way to show you what life is like here!

As for recent happenings, we were lucky to have Friday off from school.  It has been a long, relaxing weekend!  We have explored our neighborhood markets, found amazing fresh fruit (the pineapples are otherworldly), and even sourced some unusual movie selections (nothing compared to home).  We also discovered it is unwise to walk with one's mouth open during Harmattan.  After our morning walk to pick up some groceries, Kaylee looked like she just finished a chocolate Tootise pop.

We are adjusting well, and I'm sure we owe all of you for that.  Your prayers have been welcomed.  Keep them up!
